The apartment has been finished to a very high standard and luxuriously equipped. It is duplex, consisting of a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, 3 bedrooms, a study, a utility room, two bathrooms and two toilets, as well as a balcony. The tenement house has an elevator and an underground garage.

The apartment is not adapted for disabled persons.

Please be informed before making a reservation that the Premium Apartments are located in a separate part of the tenement house and do not adjoin Double Room, Studio, and Studio Family apartments.

In the Premium Apartments: the Premium Apartment with 3 bedrooms and a balcony, the Premium Apartment with 3 bedrooms, the Premium Apartment with 4 bedrooms, cleaning service during guests' stay is payable at the amount of 150 PLN/one service.
